You have 5 days from the day you receive your online purchase to return your items.
Simply follow these 4 steps in our return procedure:
• Return your item using the bag / box it was delivered in.
• Place the items you want to return in the parcel
• You can return your parcel through your local Hermes post office.
• Remember to ask for a receipt as proof that you have returned the parcel and keep it till we have processed your return
• Once we’ve received your parcel in the warehouse, we will send you a return confirmation email
• Once your return has been processed, we will issue a refund to the payment method that you chose when you made your order
• Please note that it can take several days before the money is back in your bank account, depending on the terms and policies of your bank
• We refund items at the price you bought them – this includes sale items.
• All items are inspected when we get them back.
• If you’ve lost your return note, please contact Customer Service to get a new one.

Prices, taxes and delivery
All prices are stated inclusive of VAT and other taxes. The applicable price is the one stated in the HASKEL online shop in respect of the relevant product on the date of placing of the order.
HASKEL reserves the right to amend any prices incorrectly stated in the HASKEL online shop. Furthermore, HASKEL reserves the right to amend any prices, taxes and/or other costs stated in the HASKEL online shop at any time, e.g. due to changes in VAT rates or other public fees and charges, increased costs or as a result of the general development in retail prices.
Please note that some banks do charge an extra overseas transaction fee. This fee is charged by the bank and will not be reimbursed by HASKEL. For more information, please contact your bank.

When ordering goods in the HASKEL online shop it is possible to use the following payment options:
• Credit and debit card (VISA, Mastercard)
This payment method requires a valid credit or debit card. We reserve the right to check the validity of the card. The amount will be reserved on your card and will be debited after shipment of the goods.
• PayPal
This payment method requires a PayPal account, which you will need to log into in the payment process. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can easily set one up for free on their website.
All payments are subject to validation and authorisation by both the card issuer/payment provider and us, to maintain security and prevent fraud. We reserve the right to decline certain payment methods and/or refer to a different payment method depending on the circumstances.

Unless you have been informed otherwise, the usual time of delivery from the time of placing the order is: 5-8 working days
